This course evaluates ten popular weight-loss supplement ingredients (e.g. CLA, EGCG, and xanthines) for safety and efficacy. However, the course does not just review them for you. The course teaches trainers the "3-step check" method for assessing consumer, fitness expert, and scientific reports on any supplement. This method will allow a trainer to find the information that pertains to specific clients and reduce the risk of over/under-estimating the effects a client may expect from a weight-loss supplement.
